  5. ║║╚╤╝║║  This program is HAMWARE, available for free distribution to licenced
  6. ║╠╗│╔╣║  radio amateurs only. It may be used by an amateur for a trial period
  7. ║║║│║║║  not longer than 30 days after which the user is expected to register
  8. ╚╝╚╧╝╚╝  as a user thereof.

  10. Registration is available to licenced radio amateurs free of charge, and only
  11. requires the user to inform me of the fact that (s)he wishes to register as a
  12. user together with their callsign, name, address and phone number. In return,
  13. the user will be notified of any updates,  bugs found, etc, in any system for
  14. which the said user has registered.

  16. Note that this program IS available for unlicenced people,  businesses,  etc,
  17. but NOT on a free distribution or registration basis. Any such user MUST send
  18. for details of the registration fee applicable.

  21. This utility converts between Maidenhead locators, UK National Grid (or Irish
  22. Grid) references, WAB squares and Latitude/Longitude co-ordinates.

  24. This package contains two versions of the utility; LOC.EXE, which is designed
  25. as a PG program for the FBB bulletin board system, and LOCATE.EXE, which runs
  26. as a stand-alone program from the MS-DOS prompt but provides exactly the same
  27. features.
